Inside sales

II/ REQUIREMENTS

1.  Common requests
–   Bachelor in business, commercial, mechanical, electromechanical and automation.
–   Required skills: Communication skill, time management, presentation skill, good problem-solving skill
–   2 year of experience

2. Encouraged
– Candidates with knowledge and experience in CAD / CAM or work in the field of mechanical manufacturing, electronics, automation or software copyright.
– A good command of English language

4. Job description
Sales manager
–   Develop business strategies, business plans, aggregate, analyze, report and forecast business results by month, quarter or year.
–   Provide the solutions and alternatives exposure, expand customer relationships and develop the HCM market.
–   Plan, organize and supervise the sales staff to meet the KPI
–   Training sales staff
–   Meet customers with engineers to demo software solutions which the company offers.
–   Search for potential customers
–   Organize the webinar/ seminar
–   Manage the HCMC office

CAD/CAM technical
–   Install, training and support to the customers about CAD/ CAM software products
–   Answer questions of customers
–   Support sales to evaluate potential customers, prepare the documents and introduce the products of the company to them.
–   Working with the experts from software companies.

Inside sales

–   Call and search for new customers
–   Maintain and expand the database of potential customers
–   Call for invitation to the workshop or other event programs of the company
–   Collaborate with sales and technical organize seminars/webinars
–   Support sales in quotations and documents if necessary
–   Report to the Sales Manager.
