1. Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Promote assigned products and services (industrial software for design, manufacturing, simulation, product development digitization, and related services).
- Collect customer information, evaluate, and approach potential clients to explore sales opportunities.
- Provide quotations, customer consultation, sales negotiation, contract execution, and post-sales support.
- Update customer and project information in CRM and generate reports as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Search for customer information and approach potential clients to sell software licenses and training services.
- Offer renewal services to existing clients and maintain customer relationships.
- Draft business documents and prepare project proposals.

General Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in at least one foreign language (English – Chinese – Korean).
- Good command of office software and at least one sales management software.
- Strong ethics, excellent communication skills, high responsibility, and a growth mindset.
