Reduce 37% machining time with VERICUT at iMFLUX

iMFLUX is a mold design and manufacturing company based in the US. iMFLUX offers automated molding with new capabilities to design and mold the impossible. The revolutionary constant pressure injection molding platform works with virtually any machine, material, and mold.

iMFLUX recently decided to put their in-house CAM System (with trochoidal milling and radial chip thinning optimization) to the test against VERICUT Force Optimization.

Nine iMFLUX machining operations were tested for Machine Cycle Time, Cutting Tool Life, Cutting Tool Temperatures and Material Temperatures.

The results after testing combined the solutions to optimize the cutting mode and cutting force have been significantly improved.
